Document Management Alerter Module

The Alerter module is a Workflow software feature that is able to send alerts by email, or pop up windows directly to the desktop, notifying users of Workflow events in real time.

This document management module can send a single user alerts from multiple workflows so, for example, a manager will receive one alert that her signature is required on a proposal document, and another alert that an invoice requires her approval.

Alerter is an enormous efficiency driver, ensuring that documents do not sit waiting for attention. Instead Alerter ensures that people read documents in a timely fashion, take any required action, and pass them on to the next participant – massively reducing document processing times.
