DOCUMENT LOGISTIX LIMITED WAS FORMERLY KNOWN AS TOKAIRO LTD, FORMED IN 1996

Tokairo’s modular and highly scalable document management software system was launched in 2000, called TokOpen.

In 2006 Tokairo was acquired by the Infonic group and TokOpen became known as Infonic Document Manager.

In February 2011 the management team formed Document Logistix Ltd and acquired the business assets of Infonic Document Management Ltd.

The business continues as Document Logistix with head office situated in Milton Keynes, UK, and our USA services office based in Austin, Texas.

Throughout the company’s history we have maintained a formidable in-house development team. The company owns its own IP.

To help customers with digital transformation, we operate a sophisticated in-house scanning bureau. The bureau scans and digitises millions of documents a year, both back-scanning legacy archives and paper documents used by company’s on a daily basis.

Document Logistix is a multi-award winning company. Its flagahip product suite, Document Manager, has consistently won awards for:

In 2025, Document Logistix won the prestigious document management industry award for Company of the Year.

In January 2026, it was announced that Document Logistix has joined forces with Whitevision.

Whitevision described the acquisition of Document Logistix as a major milestone in its push to go global. From a strategic point of view, the aim is to become a leading international player in document automation and workflow solutions

Document Logistix services support every department – Finance, HR, Procurement, Customer Services – and also operate company-wide, with integration, centralised documents and consolidated workflows.

Document Logistix services every industry sector, from Logistics and Education, to Insurance and Not-for-Profit. In the USA, Document Logistix is notably strong in the fields of law enforcement, government and utilities such as energy companies.
