It improves customer records management for MarkerStudy, and improves document storage (of Gift Aid forms) for charities.

In the USA, Document Logistix provides enterprise content management solutions (ECM) to a number of police departments and other federal organisations.

The US office has a long history of helping District Attorneys with e-Discovery. We provide large clients like the Virginia State Police force and the Texas Department of Public Safety with a full ECM solution that enables all types of paper documents to be scanned, indexed and archived which dramatically improves their business efficiency and the security of their customer records management.

Document Logistix Limited’s UK and EMEA headquarters is located in Milton Keynes where it manages its core operations in product development, technical support and training, alongside hosting a high‑volume scanning and indexing bureau for legacy and daily operational document digitisation.

The UK headquarters serves as the central hub for its award‑winning Document Manager software and related services across SMEs and large organisations. The Milton Keynes facility supports both software innovation and client services, integrating front‑end development, compliance workflows and physical document processing to deliver end‑to‑end information management solutions

USA HEADQUARTERS

Austin, Texas, is the US headquarters of Document Management Solutions.

The US branch of the company traded for many years as Document Logistix (US). In 2025, our document management service provision in the USA relaunched as Document Management Solutions.

Document Management Solutions is Document Logistix’ exclusive distributor for document management software in the Americas and provides deployment, configuration, integration and customisation for new and existing clients.

The USA team comprises the very same highly experienced Document Manager experts who have successfully served Document Logistix’ customers in the region for many years.
